from Fashion Truth
i am sick of receiving non-constructive emails regarding this blog (well, not alot, only 2, but that's enought). one thing EVERYONE needs to get it straight is the purpose of this blog is NOT to force sellers to lower their prices. is it written anywhere on the price the sellers should charge? they have the free will whether or not they want to change their prices. who knows, if the e-shop owners see the same dress/top selling at a very much cheaper price, she may lower her price too! that will benefit readers too. and if the owner dont want to lower the price, then so be it!!
the purpose for price comparisons is so that readers know where to get the best bargain. that's all! not to criticize, condemn or wtv.
also, please!! stop comparing online shopping with shopping at retail outlets at the shopping mall. it's 2 different topics, get it? some prefer online shopping, some prefer shopping in the malls. everyone has their own preference. dont come email-ing me and telling me that since i'm so fond of comparing prices of online shopping sites, i might as well compare prices of items in those malls or famous brands or whatever. it's not the point!!
and please dont tell me about how hard the sellers have to go through to get the stocks. take the ktm, take train, walk under the rain, get all sweaty, carry super heavy bags, go through all the trouble.. sellers take it upon themselves willing! which businessman dont go through a hardtime before succeeding??? i quote from a reader: "there is no need to be childish and point out how hard you work. Just as we buyers are not forced to buy from you and therefore we should not insult you for your costs, you sellers are not forced to run a blogshop and therefore you should not whine to us about the work involved."
this blog is supposed to help buyers voice out their displeasure, their dissatisfaction. NOT everyone has good shopping experience and friends who owns e-shops. i dont see anything wrong with helping buyers to voice out all these! after all, everyone learns from other people's mistakes/stories. dont u all think so? it warn other people and buyers would be more cautious when dealing with the seller. and sellers, would in turn give better services!
and everything written here is negative & bad as some claimed so. i open this blog for buyers to send in their good or bad shopping experiences. but so far, no "good stories" have been sent in!!!
is it my fault that only buyers with bad experience email me? i dont control these senders ok! it's just quite obvious that buyers with bad experience feel the need to share with others to create more awareness!!
and i have written countless times that i'm in the middle of having exams. i dont have time to manage this site properly. do note that i DID NOT promote this website anywhere. readers come by after reading the debate on Diary's cbox. it's out of my control!
lastly, i certainly do NOT want this site to write only negative stories, i want positive stories too. dont misunderstand my main motive of this site
there is some readers, one in particular, made certain comments regarding the name of this website. it may be appropriate to some, it may not be. it's SUBJECTIVE! it's your own opinion and it doesn't mean that everyone else think the same way
i'm so sorry for trashing out everything right here. i'm just too upset regardin certain issues...
=)
-------------------------------
and like what i said above,
i want GOOD STORIES TOO!!!
so readers!! i need your help!!
those who support this website (and also dont who dont larh.. haha)
please please email me with positive stories too k!!!
as for negative stories, it's welcomed too. but please try to not to use overly strong words ya!
much appreciated!!
and sorry if i offend anyone.
THANK U!
**
i will revamp the site, rearrange things once i'm done with exams!! yay!!
FROM FT :
so sorry but we should have made certain points clear right at the beginning. some of u readers may be clear of these stuff because u all have been reading the site from the very beginning. but for the "newbies", they probably don't know about it.
so here it is:
Price Comparisons.
well it may not be an appropriate 'name' to some. so, shall we change the title? we were thinking of changing it to "alternatives". just that.
and also, some readers may not know why prices differ so much. is it because the sellers just want to make a higher profit? or are there reasons behind it?
here goes : [have been widely discussed in the earlier stages of this blog]
prices may differ because :
1. some sellers wanna earn more, some sellers settle for less profits. some sellers just want to price their items lower than the popular blogs just to attract more customers.
2. sellers do get cheated by the suppliers. different suppliers charge differently.
3. some sellers hire models to model their clothings
4. some sellers do have an 'offline boutique'. offline boutiques are usually more expensive than online boutiques
5. occasionally, some sellers import their items from overseas, but they didn't know that their items can be bought locally at a much lower price.
6. some sellers MAY HAVE included COD charges & postage charges into their stated price.
[do email us at fashion.truth@gmail.com if we miss out any! ]
anyway,
for now...
the SITE IS UNDER 'CONSTRUCTION'. do bear with us for the time being. lol. not major construction, just wanna draft out a proper "header/intro" so new readers dont get the wrong idea.
sellers/buyers/readers, do email us and give us your feedback on what else we should add on this blog / this header-or-intro / anything to clarify. thank u very much
*wont be updating for the next 3 days. meanwhile, we urge readers to write in to us ya!
thanks!

blogroll
e-shops that wants to be added into the blogroll, please send us an email at fashion.truth@gmail.com
would appreciate if u all could link us up too
price comparisons
1. only items which have a price difference of RM7/8 and above will be posted up.
2. the price used for this price comparison is the price stated on the e-shop's webpage. (i understand that sometimes prices for items may vary depending on customers. some e-shops just put a high price as to allow further bargaining by the customers.)
mailing list
we appreciate it if eshop owners remove us from their mailing list. we are not a fashion review site thus there's no need for us to receive mails from u all telling us that u've updated. just add us up and we'll link u up at the blogroll. with that, readers will know when u update.
thank u
