so sorry but we should have made certain points clear right at the beginning. some of u readers may be clear of these stuff because u all have been reading the site from the very beginning. but for the "newbies", they probably don't know about it.

so here it is:

Price Comparisons.
well it may not be an appropriate 'name' to some. so, shall we change the title? we were thinking of changing it to "alternatives". just that.

and also, some readers may not know why prices differ so much. is it because the sellers just want to make a higher profit? or are there reasons behind it?
here goes : [have been widely discussed in the earlier stages of this blog]

prices may differ because :
1. some sellers wanna earn more, some sellers settle for less profits. some sellers just want to price their items lower than the popular blogs just to attract more customers.
2. sellers do get cheated by the suppliers. different suppliers charge differently.
3. some sellers hire models to model their clothings
4. some sellers do have an 'offline boutique'. offline boutiques are usually more expensive than online boutiques
5. occasionally, some sellers import their items from overseas, but they didn't know that their items can be bought locally at a much lower price.
6. some sellers MAY HAVE included COD charges & postage charges into their stated price.

2. the price used for this price comparison is the price stated on the e-shop's webpage. (i understand that sometimes prices for items may vary depending on customers. some e-shops just put a high price as to allow further bargaining by the customers.)

Dear readers,

I am very grateful to come across this site as I get to see the price comparisons and feedback given by sellers themselves.

I am very disappointed at the same time when buyers are only complaining but never put themselves in seller's shoe.

It is true that most of the sellers purchase the stock from the same place but, bear in mind that every seller purchase them from different supplier.

There are over three hundred suppliers within that "Stock take" place! It is impossible that all sellers pick them up from the same supplier. Everyone have freedom in choosing their own favourite supplier, like how buyers choose to purchase from their favourite seller.
this is where Buyers should understand why price differ.

Besides that, As we knew that sellers sell similar dresses in different prices. This is most likely to occur in supplier's place too!i am here to protect the rights of seller to post up their same items in different prices because different supplier charge different prices to different customer itself!
Also, a piece of dress cost is not as cheap as what seller thought it is..

And another thing i wanna add is, it is very common to have defected goods received from the supplier.

If things run smoothly all the time, then there wouldn't have complications during stock take.
I was shock when I see the price difference from Fashion-Truth! :)!
Hopefully this will help readers understand how it goes.

Secondly,
Alot of effort have been put in this e-boutique. Everyday without fail, emails will be replied very promptly. Class works were pushed aside in order to keep my customers satisfied about the service. Without fail, there are new updated clothes in my blog every week because i knew buyers are waiting for new and fresh items no matter how busy I am.
I tried to arrange COD once i knew I have empty space in my schedule. But I am force to cancel it off last minute because I've too much of works to do or extra classes. Managing two things at a same time is definitely very difficult. Certain readers are students too therefore i hope students will understand what students are going through, What more if there is another business to handle?

I knew that time management is definitely very crucial. Perhaps there should be improvement regarding this matter. I apologize for this as I understand that it is very common for buyers to get frustrated over this matter.

Another thing regarding my COD charges to Sunway. This matter obviously do not happen!
There are no COD charges applied to buyers who meet me in in Sunway during my class days!
I was so shock when I spotted readers giving false information.
COD charges are only applied to Sunway meet up If i were on a holiday or I I do not attend class on that day.

i hope that my buyers will understand why there are COD charges.
Driving up to Sunway itself took me Half an hour as i stay in Klang. how far it is? where it cost approximately 19.20 inclusive fuel and tol charges.

I find it very reasonable to charge a COD fee for RM4.00 to Sunway If i am on a holiday.
Each an every drive = burn fuel = burn money! So why is it so unfair for only seller to understand how buyer's feel, but not the other way round?

Another thing, i am very disappointed itself when I see doubt in my seller regarding the explanation I've given.
Think logically, how am I able to let "two" of my buyers wait for me in different spot where I actually let them wait for me for so long at the same time?
it is very common for a person to left their handphone at home, Definitely very common for a forgetful girl like me.
Once i got home, without hesitating I contacted both my buyers because I was very concern regarding this matter.
i definitely have not much to explain here about this matter because what matter most in business transaction is about trust.

About the rude matter, i definitely have no explanation in this because I have never treated any of my customer rudely.

If telling them the truth as in,
"Sorry babe! I'm unable to sell off you piece because this dress is specially reserved for ya babe! u promise me to pay by the end of the month so I trusted ya and reserved it! If I were inform earlier, i am able to sell this off instead of restocking for other buyers!hope ya understand *huggies* "

eh? this is definitely how i reply my buyers :)! If this is consider rude I do not find any other ways for me to reply them then.

Great that you've spoken up. Definitely needed to clarify matters with all those readers. :)

I try to keep a neutral side in my blog, so, can't tell who's right and who's wrong.
