so sorry but we should have made certain points clear right at the beginning. some of u readers may be clear of these stuff because u all have been reading the site from the very beginning. but for the "newbies", they probably don't know about it.

so here it is:

Price Comparisons.
well it may not be an appropriate 'name' to some. so, shall we change the title? we were thinking of changing it to "alternatives". just that.

and also, some readers may not know why prices differ so much. is it because the sellers just want to make a higher profit? or are there reasons behind it?
here goes : [have been widely discussed in the earlier stages of this blog]

prices may differ because :
1. some sellers wanna earn more, some sellers settle for less profits. some sellers just want to price their items lower than the popular blogs just to attract more customers.
2. sellers do get cheated by the suppliers. different suppliers charge differently.
3. some sellers hire models to model their clothings
4. some sellers do have an 'offline boutique'. offline boutiques are usually more expensive than online boutiques
5. occasionally, some sellers import their items from overseas, but they didn't know that their items can be bought locally at a much lower price.
6. some sellers MAY HAVE included COD charges & postage charges into their stated price.

2. the price used for this price comparison is the price stated on the e-shop's webpage. (i understand that sometimes prices for items may vary depending on customers. some e-shops just put a high price as to allow further bargaining by the customers.)

Stories from Readers 41

Hello there,how are you? =)

Here I would like to tell everyone in here about my experience in
online shopping.

I give 4 stars to Pinkgincu with their quick reply when I intend to
buy a bag from them and I've got the bag in less than 24 hours with
COD service. Congratulation.

I give 4.9 ( its not 5 because nobody is perfect =D ) stars to A Chic
Store
for their dedication in doing business, plus their customer
service. The items was neatly covered with a plastic, but I dont
really care when I already satisfied with their service. She told me
that she was sick, yet she still went out and post the parcel. Thank
you, as a customer, I feel honored.

And I give nothing for Bebel Nina, not a single positive feedback for
them, as I didn't treat as I am supposed to be treated as a customer.
they took so long to reply the email, but very quick when I asked
about the payment. They also didnt let me know about the status
whether the parcel is already post or not. Instead, I have to ask
them. What service is that?no courtesy. To make it worse, the parcel
that I received was in a plastic, was not very neat, and the quality
is not like a 60ringgit dress.

Sorry babe, I will not recommend you to my friends. Maybe you think
that losing one customer is nothing because you treat your customers
badly, but for other sellers, they treat us like precious diamonds, so
they will fell very bad when they lose 1 customer.

For A Chic Store and Pinkgincu, keep up the best customer service.
However if someone is not satisfied with your service, take it as
guide in the next time.

bout you complaint late reply your email. i do check my email more than 5 times everyday and reply as fast as i can. only some inquiry need refer back to the item only we took more time to reply.
bout the request payment. i feel i dont have fault on that. this is a business deal. most of my item only stock 1. i have a personal showroom at my house. if i received your payment first then i will keep that item for you. so sorry that i not being so friendly like calling customer dear or anything. all these for showing friendly is not my style. since an blogshop just running as a part-time, side income. we earn not much on that. we need bring many item into our blog make more choice for customer to keep on our business purposely. so we must make profit to keep on my business. we selling online for 2 year experience.
beside the packing problem. the parcel plastic provide by POS Malaysia. last time we used to use Paper Envelope. since the POS Malaysia provide us like other express company.
bout the quality. we show our the measurement, material very clear at our blog. the dress worth or not is point of view. since you feel not worth on that. you not suppose to buy and make complaint here.

i dont expect u to say dear blablabla...what i expect is your customer service should be improved, as the greet is important.this is a business which is need courtesy,as a customer i will feel that i will come to your store again.for instants,would u come to a shop in a mall again when u were treated like that?no greet,no anything,just a simple money and item is changing.maybe for u,u will come again as u think that it is not a big deal.i bought the one called floral dress because i know i wouldn't find it anywhere.but to think about it again,the price is not the same from the quality i expected.also,from your last email u will provide the tracking number.to make it worse, that is the last email that i received from u.no tracking number,even i dont know whether the item was already sent or not.dont u think that the more polite u are, the more people wil visit ur store?maybe next time u need to have 2 per item,not just 1 like now.other thing, is 'hello there/whats up' is really hard for u to type?u dont need to show the smile icon,because greetings is enough to make ur customers feel valuable.ok, u said that i supposed not to come to ur store,should i remind u that this is an e-shop,no trying so how can i know about the quality until i touch, see it with my own eye,not the picture?even u know about that,dont u?i can make the complaints wherever,whenever i want.if u have the blacklist customers,i do have the blacklist seller,which is u are the 1st one.have a nice day =)
