it was from picklewrinkle [http://www.picklewrinkle.
and, being the newbie i was, i was totally mistreated.
all thanks to fashion truth, i now know my rights to buying online.
well, let me say my 1st purchase was the combination of all "bad services".
i noticed a vest offered by the blog and immediately sent in and sms stating my interested as well as inquiries if it was adjustable. she replied in less than 3 hours and mentioned that it was. so we were in the midst of discussing bank-in/poslaju details when she mentioned it's be better it it were COD. i personally didn't mind as she said that anywhere is fine with her.
as it was the weekend, we set COD on a weekday of the following week and confirmed the time and location, she did mention that she would text me if there were to be any changes.
the day before COD i texted her to confirm the time for the next day and she asked if i would be fine with that night itself instead. after rescheduling COD, i asked to reconfirm the price and she requested for an additional RM5. i was pretty curious on why but i figured it was COD surcharge [which after reading this blog, i realized that COD charges don't apply].
so after meeting her and collecting the item, i briefly checked my purchase and figured that it was alright. it was my fault too that i didn't notice until i got home, that the vest was sewn inside out on the other side. i am really disappointed and felt cheated in a sense that she failed to mention it on her blog and that she didn't even mention it during COD. also, it is stated on the blog that she doesn't charge even for delivery. =.="
reading the blog again, it's the last shop anyone would purchase anything from.
-pictures are poorly taken.
-unsuitable model.
-garments not properly ironed before display.
-lousy service.
-cheats a newbie. [totally personal]
