i was supposed to be studying, was in the midst of getting my notes from the uni's online page when i dropped by diaryofane-shopaholic .
appparently there's some serious issues regarding sky-high prices set by certain sellers.
rainbowmallows seems to be the main target!
no doubt, i can't agree more with them
am personally a buyer from rainbowmallows. ONCE only and it turned me off.
i was utterly disappointed with the dress i received.
oh and she charges COD fee for delivery within sunway area.
do u all know where she actually studies????

anyway, as i get more involved in e-shopping, i realized that her prices are higher than most shops. the worst part is, it's always SOLD OUT!
can't believe that. but her attitude is questionable. heard loads of complaints saying that she's rude and arrogant. haha
i visited her blog very frequently, and i noted few things from her cbox.
she cancels COD at the last minute. according to her, she emailed all her buyers (which she is supposed to be COD.ing) that she can't make it due to extra classes. BUT she missed one, the girl in monash. the girl waited for her for about 50mins. couldn't get her on her phone either. Rainbowmallows claimed that her phone was spoilt and can't receive calls or something like that..
in my opinion, to cancel COD like this, it is only courtesy to personally message (text message) everyone of them. not everyone reads email that frequently!
next issue, happened lately. a girl asked Rainbowmallows whether her parcel has been sent out. no reply. so this girl waited the whole day for the parcel, wasted one day of hers... she sms-es rainbowmallows 3 times and no reply. according to rainbowmallows, she forgot to bring her phone out and can't remember her number. and the girl's top was defected thus cannot be sent out and rainbowmallows was too busy till she forgot to email this girl
err i have no idea whether she's sincere or not. maybe she offered some kind of compensation, i'm not sure =)
anyway, these are what i gather. may not be true. may be true.

so sorry but we should have made certain points clear right at the beginning. some of u readers may be clear of these stuff because u all have been reading the site from the very beginning. but for the "newbies", they probably don't know about it.
so here it is:
Price Comparisons.
well it may not be an appropriate 'name' to some. so, shall we change the title? we were thinking of changing it to "alternatives". just that.
and also, some readers may not know why prices differ so much. is it because the sellers just want to make a higher profit? or are there reasons behind it?
here goes : [have been widely discussed in the earlier stages of this blog]
prices may differ because :
1. some sellers wanna earn more, some sellers settle for less profits. some sellers just want to price their items lower than the popular blogs just to attract more customers.
2. sellers do get cheated by the suppliers. different suppliers charge differently.
3. some sellers hire models to model their clothings
4. some sellers do have an 'offline boutique'. offline boutiques are usually more expensive than online boutiques
5. occasionally, some sellers import their items from overseas, but they didn't know that their items can be bought locally at a much lower price.
6. some sellers MAY HAVE included COD charges & postage charges into their stated price.
