Hi there,
First of all, i would love to say ThanksS for yours to created the blog.
I'm a big spender on shopping, had gone thru all your posts, it makes me shop smarter now.
I would want to share my little experience from e-shopping:
My favourite e-shop
1.Velvet Ribbon
2. Tic Tac Toe
3. Bunny Noo
4. Bebel Nina
Here it is:
Velvet Ribbon & Tic Tac Toe
I love the both shop, they always updated the new and alluring items. I used to shop alot from them. But not after read yours post. They always took so long for respond my email ( order/ tracking number ). Through the price comparison session, and some of the quality isn't good as they stated SUPERB QUALITY material made. I am so awake and alert myself to buy an item from them.

Bunny Noo
Its one of my favourite e-shop, would love to say that the pictures are all look so nice. I viewed the blog almost once per day.
My previous transaction was not satisfied for the customer and deliver service.
I pay Poslaju fee for all my item bought. But they are moving so slow to ship out my items yet gave reason for not received my shipment details, and sometimes said that they are busy for working. I'm very unsatisfied for the service, if the seller intend to charge the poslaju fee, they should ship out the item as soon as or the next day of the payment has cleared. Not to giving all the excuses for delay shipment.
Last week I had bought multi items from the seller, i was asked for a little discount or free postage. Miss Pearl refused that. The next day I went back to the blog, she stated all item on 15% discount for those doing little survey.
I went Sungai Wang and Mid Valley shopping on weekend. I found the price vary too much which I bought from her. The dresses are all in range RM 39.90-RM49.90 at complex boutique, but she's selling @ RM 65, RM 75 yet not include the belt. That's not worth to pay so much extra. Base on the 3 points, I felt like got cheated. I think any of you will feel bad too if you were experience the same with me. This is worst and makes me remove the shop from my bookmark list. =/

The items from this shop its very lovely, unique, standard and affortable price.
Why I said its unique? Cause I not even found one similar item from this shop on MOFS and Diary of an E-shapaholic. And I guess the seller must be in good taste on fashion. Keeping the buyer up on trend.
Like the tic tac toe & velvet ribbon. They always got the same peice with other e-seller but price vary.
I knew whats the bargain price i had paid for an item. It always much cheaper than 20-40% off compare the KLCC boutique retails price.
Speedy delivery together with the polite customer services.
From my first purchase untill now, I never doubt on the quality. The displays of detail pictures on manniqueen and description shown well and clear to buyer.
Thanks for bringing all the lovely items. My friend gave a lot compliment with yours goods. She has proven herself to be a very trustworthy seller and i highly recommend her all the time!
Keep the good job. =)

FROM FT :
so sorry but we should have made certain points clear right at the beginning. some of u readers may be clear of these stuff because u all have been reading the site from the very beginning. but for the "newbies", they probably don't know about it.
so here it is:
Price Comparisons.
well it may not be an appropriate 'name' to some. so, shall we change the title? we were thinking of changing it to "alternatives". just that.
and also, some readers may not know why prices differ so much. is it because the sellers just want to make a higher profit? or are there reasons behind it?
here goes : [have been widely discussed in the earlier stages of this blog]
prices may differ because :
1. some sellers wanna earn more, some sellers settle for less profits. some sellers just want to price their items lower than the popular blogs just to attract more customers.
2. sellers do get cheated by the suppliers. different suppliers charge differently.
3. some sellers hire models to model their clothings
4. some sellers do have an 'offline boutique'. offline boutiques are usually more expensive than online boutiques
5. occasionally, some sellers import their items from overseas, but they didn't know that their items can be bought locally at a much lower price.
6. some sellers MAY HAVE included COD charges & postage charges into their stated price.
[do email us at fashion.truth@gmail.com if we miss out any! ]
anyway,
for now...
the SITE IS UNDER 'CONSTRUCTION'. do bear with us for the time being. lol. not major construction, just wanna draft out a proper "header/intro" so new readers dont get the wrong idea.
sellers/buyers/readers, do email us and give us your feedback on what else we should add on this blog / this header-or-intro / anything to clarify. thank u very much
*wont be updating for the next 3 days. meanwhile, we urge readers to write in to us ya!
thanks!

e-shops that wants to be added into the blogroll, please send us an email at fashion.truth@gmail.com
would appreciate if u all could link us up too
price comparisons
1. only items which have a price difference of RM7/8 and above will be posted up.
2. the price used for this price comparison is the price stated on the e-shop's webpage. (i understand that sometimes prices for items may vary depending on customers. some e-shops just put a high price as to allow further bargaining by the customers.)
mailing list
we appreciate it if eshop owners remove us from their mailing list. we are not a fashion review site thus there's no need for us to receive mails from u all telling us that u've updated. just add us up and we'll link u up at the blogroll. with that, readers will know when u update.
thank u

Just for clarification, we do not 'move slowly in shipping out our items by giving reasons of not receiving shipment details or busy with work'. Our delivery dates are fixed and stated on our site. Kindly read through the FAQ provided on the right side of our site.
Secondly, the reason why we do not allow discounts during non-promotion or non-sales period is because it would be unfair to other buyers purchasing the same piece at different prices. The purpose of us creating this questionnaire is to receive constructive feedback to improve our services, and it is stated AND highlighted that all undelivered parcels ARE also entitled for the 15% discount which the difference will be included in the parcel.
I'm sorry your experience shopping with us turned out badly. Do e-mail us, we will be more than glad to provide you the discount you deserve and also refund you on the difference (if you had not already received it)
We are aware of the miscommunication that often happens between our customers and us. Just the other day, I received an impolite text message regarding this issue of the 15% discount. However, I take the blame on myself, perhaps it is the language barrier or my lack of detailedness even though it was highlighted in the post.
We are doing a price revision as we no longer have a hired model. Do e-mail us on the pieces you mention that was spotted in Sg Wang and Midvalley at much lower prices, we will definitely look into it immediately.
Thank you for your constructive feedback and compliments on our pictures. Kudos to Fashion Truth for highlighting such situations that could be prevented in the future.
