i would like to say that we have gone through the same problem
this customer told us that she banked in the money via the deposit machine in Maybank
but we checked, and checked.... no money was deposited
so we asked her for the transaction slip, she said she threw it away
and after awhile, she did not get back to us anymore, no emails, no sms.
but what she said was really contradicting
she said that she deposited the money via deposit machines
do note that to deposit money into these machines, CASH is deposited.
meaning to say the person must have CASH to put it in the machine
but she said that the "amount was stated on her bank account "
some sort like that
we were really query about this matter. if it was deposited into the machines itself, no reason it should appear in her bank account since she did not use online bank transfer thus there should be no records about it.
this does happens at times. thus i hope that sellers do be careful
make sure payment is received before sending out the parcels
and i noted a seller once wrote in about sending the parcel out before receiving payment,
i would say that it's not wise to do so. yes, the customer may plead and plead with u
but do u know that person? do u think that person is trustworthy?
i say that everyone knows how to plead, but if we wanna make sure that we dont get cheated, we really have to be smart to know how to react in such situations
no doubt, u're kind and all. but it's just going to make u 'rugi'
and regarding the emails that were sent but not received by the customers, i think that happens sometimes. but there is another situation where i've seen, whereby buyers/potential buyers write in their comment/enquiry in the cbox and it was only replied after 4-5 days
that's not very nice to treat the buyer/reader/person
if sellers have a cbox, they need to be sure to check the cbox every now and then, to ensure that all enquiries are replied.
i'm also a buyer myself, and sometimes my enquiry were not replied after a few days
it gets me angry coz i look at it as though the person/seller does not want to do business with me and so on
it's not a good image to public
just my two cents ya
FROM FT :
so sorry but we should have made certain points clear right at the beginning. some of u readers may be clear of these stuff because u all have been reading the site from the very beginning. but for the "newbies", they probably don't know about it.
so here it is:
Price Comparisons.
well it may not be an appropriate 'name' to some. so, shall we change the title? we were thinking of changing it to "alternatives". just that.
and also, some readers may not know why prices differ so much. is it because the sellers just want to make a higher profit? or are there reasons behind it?
here goes : [have been widely discussed in the earlier stages of this blog]
prices may differ because :
1. some sellers wanna earn more, some sellers settle for less profits. some sellers just want to price their items lower than the popular blogs just to attract more customers.
2. sellers do get cheated by the suppliers. different suppliers charge differently.
3. some sellers hire models to model their clothings
4. some sellers do have an 'offline boutique'. offline boutiques are usually more expensive than online boutiques
5. occasionally, some sellers import their items from overseas, but they didn't know that their items can be bought locally at a much lower price.
6. some sellers MAY HAVE included COD charges & postage charges into their stated price.
[do email us at fashion.truth@gmail.com if we miss out any! ]
anyway,
for now...
the SITE IS UNDER 'CONSTRUCTION'. do bear with us for the time being. lol. not major construction, just wanna draft out a proper "header/intro" so new readers dont get the wrong idea.
sellers/buyers/readers, do email us and give us your feedback on what else we should add on this blog / this header-or-intro / anything to clarify. thank u very much
*wont be updating for the next 3 days. meanwhile, we urge readers to write in to us ya!
thanks!

e-shops that wants to be added into the blogroll, please send us an email at fashion.truth@gmail.com
would appreciate if u all could link us up too
price comparisons
1. only items which have a price difference of RM7/8 and above will be posted up.
2. the price used for this price comparison is the price stated on the e-shop's webpage. (i understand that sometimes prices for items may vary depending on customers. some e-shops just put a high price as to allow further bargaining by the customers.)
mailing list
we appreciate it if eshop owners remove us from their mailing list. we are not a fashion review site thus there's no need for us to receive mails from u all telling us that u've updated. just add us up and we'll link u up at the blogroll. with that, readers will know when u update.
thank u

hi dear,
i have this same experience as well. omigod reading at ur entry reflect exactly what happen to me. the exact same situation. Could it be the same buyer? She told me that payment had been made, but i could not track online. Then, she told me her method of payment is thru deposit machine, hence i asked for slip as a prove. like ur case, she told me that it had been threw away! but how could a buyer reply in a super relax way when i told her i could not track her payment? i called the bank to ask for ways to track her payment just incase i accuse her wrongly, but was told that the only way i could do is to go to the bank with her at her branch to check out the transaction. I told her about it and she said she will get back to me after her exam as she is busy. but huh? isn't it weird? put ur self in her shoe, if u purchase something online for over a hundred ringgit and the seller said that u doesnt pay her when u actually did, will u respond in that way?hurmp..i doubt so!i already kept her item for over 3 weeks, but still no respond yet, heh? :)! this is so scary! the worst thing is concidently three person bank in the same amount on that day, so it is hard to track whose is whose!but thanks god they manage to provide me with proof, where i knew she is the liar at last. gosh..i trusted her cos she is once purcahse from me before. this is really scary! so seller, pls be alert :)!
