Hey all,

I bought something from rainbowmallows earlier this year and she had forgot to return my change in with the item.
she said she would transfer it to me because she forgot it but i said it's okay , just minus it off the next purchase.

so about a MONTH ago i had ordered something else from her,
this time there was more change (plus the accumilated one before)
i reminded her to Include the change in and NOT to forget again.

after more than a week i hadnt received my parcel and i contacted her, she said she was busy and will send it out the following.
That was fine with me, im not that fussy, again i reminded her. "please include the change in and dont forget this time"
she said that she would.

so i received my parcel and no change.
i emailed her saying i was a little disappointed and she said she didnt include the change in because customers were complaining about lost money???
er okay....benefit of the doubt since certain customers are fussy.

so she said she would return the money to me via bank transactions. okay fine , i told her my account no and told her NOT to forget.
she said sure again.
after a few days...no change..no email from her..
fine i thought i'd wait awhile , of course she would be busy i wouldnt blame her for it.

after a week i asked her when she was going to return me the change,
and she said she hasnt returned it because she wants to return all her customers change together.........meaning waiting for it to accumilate im assuming
im not even sure what to say about this.

its not the change that really matters its the whole online owners and customers situation.
i'd probably give this till the end of the week then just give up on her.
i'm not sure if she's lazy , busy , or really waiting for ALL her customers change to accumilate or just making it up.
i'd let you girls know if i do ever get my change back.
