from Rainbowmallows
Hi Whimsicle,
I wouldn't mind if you post up the balance status here in fashion truth by the end of the week :)!
Dear whimsicle, i will be ending my business very soon and there is no valid reason for me to hold ur refund.
i admit, I've forgotten to insert refund in the parcel at times & infact there is complaint of losing $$. Is it wrong for me to avoid this problem by transferring them thru online banking to my customer?
is this still consider as Making Up? If i intend to, then i wouldn't haf to do it on a small amount, but to a larger one :)!
Not only to you, there are other buyers balance which I have not return as well as said, *altogether*
Why should i not refund the small figure of RM6.00or RM8.00 (if im not mistaken :)!when i get to refund back much larger amount for not restockable item like RM94 or RM100++?
I wouldn't mind if my buyers lost faith or trust in me if it is my first time buyer, but definitely not to my returning customer.
Thank you, this is all i hafto said to make it more clearer to ya!
Love,
Rainbowmallows
FROM FT :
so sorry but we should have made certain points clear right at the beginning. some of u readers may be clear of these stuff because u all have been reading the site from the very beginning. but for the "newbies", they probably don't know about it.
so here it is:
Price Comparisons.
well it may not be an appropriate 'name' to some. so, shall we change the title? we were thinking of changing it to "alternatives". just that.
and also, some readers may not know why prices differ so much. is it because the sellers just want to make a higher profit? or are there reasons behind it?
here goes : [have been widely discussed in the earlier stages of this blog]
prices may differ because :
1. some sellers wanna earn more, some sellers settle for less profits. some sellers just want to price their items lower than the popular blogs just to attract more customers.
2. sellers do get cheated by the suppliers. different suppliers charge differently.
3. some sellers hire models to model their clothings
4. some sellers do have an 'offline boutique'. offline boutiques are usually more expensive than online boutiques
5. occasionally, some sellers import their items from overseas, but they didn't know that their items can be bought locally at a much lower price.
6. some sellers MAY HAVE included COD charges & postage charges into their stated price.
[do email us at fashion.truth@gmail.com if we miss out any! ]
anyway,
for now...
the SITE IS UNDER 'CONSTRUCTION'. do bear with us for the time being. lol. not major construction, just wanna draft out a proper "header/intro" so new readers dont get the wrong idea.
sellers/buyers/readers, do email us and give us your feedback on what else we should add on this blog / this header-or-intro / anything to clarify. thank u very much
*wont be updating for the next 3 days. meanwhile, we urge readers to write in to us ya!
thanks!

price comparisons
1. only items which have a price difference of RM7/8 and above will be posted up.
2. the price used for this price comparison is the price stated on the e-shop's webpage. (i understand that sometimes prices for items may vary depending on customers. some e-shops just put a high price as to allow further bargaining by the customers.)

we appreciate it if eshop owners remove us from their mailing list. we are not a fashion review site thus there's no need for us to receive mails from u all telling us that u've updated. just add us up and we'll link u up at the blogroll. with that, readers will know when u update.

I bought something for rainbowmallows once and she forgot to give me back my RM5 balance. Tld her right away and she said she'll bank in to me but I decided to let her keep it and deduct it from my next purchase. Maybe you can try that too? She's a trustworthy person when it comes to business tho she may be forgetful. =)Dont see why should she cheat off the few bucks like that. If she cheats, I guess there will be more complaining about it here, no?
hi
i dont think it's so much about Rainbowmallows being not trustworthy, i think it's more about the frustration the customer is facing in getting back her balance.
i mean if u have reminded the owner so many times about it, yet no balance was received, i think the customer will feel annoyed and frustrated!
no doubt, rainbowmallows is trustworthy, if not, why would so many buyers purchase from her? and yes, the amount that needs to be refunded may be small, but it's still money!
i think the customer just feel it's unfair to her. it may be a few bucks. not much money compared to other customers who are waitin for refunds for hundreds of dollars, but i think if a customer were to keep on insisting about getting their balance back, the owner should do something about it and really remember to give back the balance.
and i'm sure, u too (michelle, the commentor above) would do so. if a customer keeps on asking for balance, i'm sure u as the owner of candy treats will return the money to the buyer as soon as possible =) correct me if i'm wrong
and about deducting the balance off the next purchase, it's a good idea too. but what if the buyer don't want to purchase anymore things from them? if i had remember correctly, the customer did do the same thing. but there were still balance. quite unsure. but regardless of that, i think the buyer just dont' want to keep on getting bk to rainbowmallows regarding this matter.
so that's all i wanna say hahah sorry if i offend anyone. but i sure do think that rainbowmallows shud return the change to her as soon as possible. and i also think that the customer does not think that rainbowmallows is a cheater too. she's probably just frustrated =)
thank u.
oops am wrong with what i said.
the customer did not make a second purchase from rainbowmallows
but according to what she said, she said she messaged her quite a few times about it. so yes, i guess that shows how important the buyer see this matter.
different people have different ways of looking at things. as sellers, they just have to respect that :)
Mich,
thanks! :)! infact i'm a very forgetful person lol..thanks hun!
I think she did say she did make a second purchase but there was still balance left.so she probably trusts rainbowmallows already.
but i'm not quite sure maybe i hadnt read it properly.
but if rainbowmallows was going to deposit it by internet banking what difference would it make if it's a big sum or a small? o.O
maybe if she's really going to the bank that would make sense its troublesome to go there a few times for a small amount. no offence to rainbowmallows but i don't see the difference lor
i doubt it's the customer being impatient or not trusting since she made more than one purchase
i think it's just the principle of it.
Trudy,
i think u got the whole situation wrong, heh?
As said, big balance can be return, why not the small change?link it back to the moment when i said all balance will be return back altogether at once with other buyer's one.
This means, all refund will be collected, and then i will refund them all at one particular day.Ex: one, two, or three weeks once?
This doesnt mean i get to refund the big sum but not the small one cos i find it troublesome just for the small balance. i hope u will get clear that the big sum which i mention is done for my last time purchase not the same date during whimsicles ya! that is why i havn't refund hers yet cos i gotta get it done together with the other batch one. Hope it is clearly explain this time, sorry if u it is not clear enough for ya :)!
from,
rainbowmallows
i donno what to say and sorry if i offend others.
For your info Im both seller and buyer.
if im the owner or seller, i sure will refund back her money asap to gain her trust. trust is important. and yes, AFTER SALES SERVICE is very important too. so, why waiting so long to bank in some changes? afterall tru online banking online take up 5-10 mins of your time (instead letting the buyer waiting for weeks for her change). Im a busy person too-as a executive worker on the day and e-shop owner at night. but still i can steal some time to do extra service(bank in the balance).Sorry if offend u(marshmallow), but just my opinion ok.
And for a buyer myself, i dont like waiting for changes after being reminded so many times (how come someone tend to be so forgetful? if the buyer forget to inform d seller, so the seller will just forget it as well? then the one who got the best of this forgetful situation is the seller who keep the changes, right?). Small amount is still a MONEY tho. let the buyer have their change asap instead of waiting 1@2@3 weeks?? (that is long.. even post delivery oso not reach 1 week). Like i said little change is still a money.
sorry if offended anyone. just my opinion.
