i came across to this online boutique simplyprettythings...and they have nice shorts.. the one i'm looking for.therefore i send in my order without thinking twice.. They replied me but the way the replied me giving me a sense of arrogant.. the sentences that they said was
"we cannot reserved the shorts for u until u banked in the money into our public bank acc. The details is at the website so do go there and get the acc no. U must bank in the money within 24 hours and after u banked in we will reserved for u."
Is this the way to treat a customer? i mean other blog even if they posted the banking details, they will still msg us the banking detail once again and most of the online blog reserved the item for 48-72 hours which i find it reasonable.. Coincidence i couldn't bank in on that day so i messaged her and arranged COD for the next day.. and they say is ok. So we have confirm the COD.. that night itself, they replied me i'm so sorry that the shorts u order is no longer available.. bye... What is this mean?? We have agreed on the item and this is how u treat a customer????
if u continue treat your customer like this, i will assure u... soon, no one will rather buy item from u as the way u treat the customer is too much

hey!
yeah i encounter the SAME problem with this blogshop before!
i texted her about a halter top saying that i want to meet up for COD the next day, and then she agreed that she's free during that time. i clearly mentioned to her please reserve for me. and she agreed too.
so come the next day i texted her to confirm the time and place, she then told me that it's no longer available because someone banked in the money before our COD meeting. all she can say it's first come first serve basis.
i seriously think she operates without proper sales ethics.she should have inform me first so that i can make payment earlier too!!!how terrible!!
no worries babe.
send me ur requirements
i'll try getting it for u.

wow. i really think that this blogshop shouldn't do such things to u, isabella. i will be fuming mad if it happens to me! how can she just give u such a lame excuse??
but yea, based on her reply [seller 31], she did say that it's written in her sidebar and all that blablabla. BUT i still think that it's courtesy for sellers to remind the buyer. she can just tell the policy to the buyer so that the buyer is aware of it.
totally agree with what u said about no sales ethics. u aren't the only one that's complaining. this shows something is really wrong
