Dear reader 143...
as you quote this from me...
"we cannot reserved the shorts for u until u banked in the money into our public bank acc. The details is at the website so do go there and get the acc no. U must bank in the money within 24 hours and after u banked in we will reserved for u."
If i'm not wrong, that is not the exact quote from me, no?
I hope you use 100% proof from the emails sent from me.
Btw, I always, always asked my customers to view my blog back for banking details and i've not received any complaints from them... And what more, most of them bank in the money on the day itself if they comfirm orders.
And truly, i hope customers would do this if they really want to get something.
I'm always happy if there's fast transactions. =)
And as for the shorts, i'm pretty sure i know who you are...
As stated on my blog, bolded in red, reservation is only for 24 hours and also my items are all on first come first serve basis. =)
I do hope buyers would read terms and conditions stated on blogs so that there won't be any miscommunication.
And lastly... I did not just say the word bye... I hope you don't exxagerate my words.
XOXO
minyi.

Personally, I think it's not quite nice to ask your customers to refer to your blog when they personally asked you for the banking details in emails.
What's so hard to just copy and paste the banking details in mails whenever someone asked for it? Just save it in a word document if you're lazy or couldn't remember the details by heart...
I believe if you treat your customers nice... you wouldn't see complaints made against you here...
Just my opinion... i don't mean to offend anyobe.
*cheers*

That is true! i agree! i hate it when seller said " refer our blog" or " it stated there".. why be so lazy ? we email u personally so, treat it nicely wad. been tru that. i immediately didnt reply to a seller of blogshop xxx when i ask for measurement, and she said " it stated there". please, im trying to make deal n i cant be bother to open the blog & look the whole thing again! courtesy n ethic plis!
yes, i agree.
i'll be annoyed if the seller ask me to refer to their blog.if i asked for a measurement,it means the measurement given in the blog is not sufficient enough for me.and as for bank account, maybe buyer did not notice it.so,be nice..
